Appointment Booking
You can now request an appointment with a CrossClinic Provider worldwide.
Notes submitted to the Attendance Office must include following:
- All booking dates and time options are per Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Your appointment request date and time will be confirmed by our staff before the appointment is scheduled
- We will do our best to get you scheduled close to the date and time requested per availability
- Our platform does not offer emergency services. If you have an emergency please contact your local hospital immediately
- All patients must be registered with us first before you can book and appointment
